Your main responsibilities will include:

• Effectively engaging with consumers and trade professionals to achieve targeted sales figures
• Driving recommendation business from your existing client base by way of referrals
• Seeking out new business opportunities and proactively finding areas of future business growth
• Working to the customer's brief and helping them to create their dream kitchen and/or bedroom
• Meet or exceeding target conversion rates
• Being the face of the showroom from initial consultation, through to design and aftercare

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 3 years kitchen design experience
• A proven sales track record
• CAD proficiency
• A vehicle and a full UK driving license
