St Chad's School is a successful and vibrant academy in the London Borough of Croydon in the Archdiocese of Southwark. We provide a happy, caring, pupil centred environment celebrating many different cultures. We are proud of our diverse community and enriched by it.

On behalf of our children, the academy board are looking to appoint a Headteacher who:

  • is a practising Catholic committed to the purpose of Catholic education and passionate about developing the ethos of our school
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, inspire and motivate
  • will continue to raise aspirations, standards and achievements for all our children
  • has proven leadership skills and can continue to advance our high-quality teaching and learning
  • is a strategic thinker who can shape a vision and develop a plan for the school to inspire our children and whole school community
  • willing to work with all stakeholders to investigate joining a Catholic Academy Trust
