Senior Accounts Assistant
Permanent
Full time - office based
Epsom
30,000 to 35,000 per annum depending on experience + Excellent benefits!
Are you an established, experienced Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant who is looking for your next challenge?
Do you want to join a multimillion-pound organisation where you will work closely with the senior management team, taking on a busy, varied, challenging role where no two days are the same?
I am partnering with a brilliant organisation, based in Epsom, who are within their stable and supportive finance department. You will be based in their Epsom office on a full-time permanent basis, playing a vital part of the team and company.

Day to day could include:
- General ledger
- Nominal Ledger
- Commission reporting and payments
- Payroll reporting and administration, working closely with the payroll bureau checking and correcting all payroll information on a monthly basis
- Management reporting
- Statement reconciliation and reporting
- Allocation of payments
- Making payments
- General accounts administration
This is a varied role with flexibility surrounding the experience they are considering. Good finance experience, reconcilation and attention to detail are necessary. You could be an assistant accountant, senior accounts assistant, accounts assistant or similar.

- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Prior accounts experience
- Excellent attention to detail
