Online Retail Specialist

  • £40,000 - £44,000
  • Permanent
  • Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)

Our client, a global automotive company, has an exciting opportunity for an Online Retail Specialist to join their busy and supportive team. This is a varied and exciting project-based role that is core to identifying ways to improve the Online Retail experience for Toyota and Lexus customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop the Online Retail channel - including new and used cars for Toyota/Lexus - to continue to drive an exceptional experience for the increasing number of customers that choose online' as part of their car purchase process.
  • Take ownership of in-flight activities to ensure they are successfully brought to market.
  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and identify customer needs to drive development initiatives that address these requirements effectively.
  • Long range planning, supporting the delivery of a comprehensive roadmap for future Online Retail development.
  • Develop online retail network training, to drive greater awareness and understanding of the benefits to their businesses. Build relationships across departments and the wider One Toyota family and across the dealership network.
  • Support development of reporting and integration of data and analysis to anticipate customer needs and future Back End improvements.

  • Proven capabilities in Project/Product Management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a bonus

Desirable

  • Understanding or interest in the Automotive industry
  • Customer journey mapping experience
  • Project Management qualification
