Our client is dedicated to helping people in horticulture. They provide free support, information, advice, financial assistance, and services for people in horticulture and their loved ones during difficult periods in their lives.

They have a real focus on improving the health and wellbeing outcomes of people working in horticulture and have an ambitious preventative strategy to create better futures for people working in horticulture.

Our client is now looking for a Marketing Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Benefits

- Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Role

As a Marketing Officer, you will develop and implement marketing activities to raise awareness and drive fundraising income.

You will manage a range of on- and offline marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing collateral is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the brand.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage social media platforms and create content
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers for design and print production
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, charity, and fundraising legislation
- Attend training courses and support wider fundraising events and shows
- Produce marketing reports to track campaign success

About You

To be considered as a Marketing Officer, you will need:

- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, particularly in the third sector
- Experience in campaign management in the third sector
- Experience in fundraising marketing
- Experience in data analysis and evaluation
- Experience in digital communications and marketing
- Experience in print production management
- A qualification in marketing, communications or digital media
