Sustainability Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join a multidisciplined building services consultancy who provide a holistic approach to the built environment. They are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to hit the ground running for their energy team based in Brighton.

Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant will include:

  • Undertake Part L analysis and produce EPCs for non-domestic properties
  • Produce design reports such as sustainability and LZC feasibility studies
  • Use IES software to produce thermal models and carry out Part O and daylight assessments
  • The role will incorporate aspects of BREEAM, such as evidence analysis of reports from projects

The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sustainability consultant within the construction industry
  • Experience with IES-VE software in a relevant role to carry out energy modelling
  • Experience producing Overheating and Daylight assessments
  • Ideally have a NDEA qualification and experience delivering commercial EPCs
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
