Key Requirements for the ACA Accountant:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in practice as an ACA Accountant.

• Adaptability: An ACA Accountant who can easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Achievements of the Ideal ACA Accountant:

• Accountancy Expertise: Strong background as an ACA Accountant, skilled in statutory accounts preparation under FRS 102, FRS 101, and IFRS guidelines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Experience as an ACA Accountant in managing VAT return preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Client Management: Assisted clients as an ACA Accountant with annual budget preparation, cash flow management, and process improvements.
• Leadership and Development: Developed and led training programs for junior staff, enhancing their technical skills and efficiency as an ACA Accountant.
