Security Supervisor / Property Inspector

Location: Midlands (Various Locations)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Security Supervisor / Property Inspector to join our Client's team. This role involves conducting regular inspections of vacant properties, identifying potential security and maintenance risks, and preparing detailed reports to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of vacant properties.
• Identify and document security and maintenance risks.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection and risk assessment reports.
• Ensure properties are compliant with all safety and security regulations.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and clients.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in property inspections, risk assessments, and report preparation.
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Based in the Midlands area.
