Site Manager - Fire Doors

My Client has an excellent opportunity to add a site manager to their current team, due to securing a 3 year framework on fire door installations, this exciting opportunity is not to be missed

They are offering an exciting opportunity to an individual to work with the fire door contract and manage the passive fire and sealing project

The position is to take over the day to day dealing with the contract as a whole from an operations point of view to provide a full project delivery from start to finish.

Duties Involved:

Full site management

Ability to create own RAM's and liaise with the client on start/end dates etc.

Meeting new and potential clients to promote the business and

secure new work

Attending pre-start and progress meetings.

Site measurement/surveys to measure and condition check for replacement or repairable fire doors

Negotiation of contracts

Material and plant procurement and managing suitably qualified

Labour.

Comply with the company's health and safety policy/procedures

Full Site management

Order materials for jobs(Fire Door ordering)

Monitor, implement and participate in all performance improvements

and ensure these are initiatives implemented in line with best practices and current regulations and legislation.

Quality control of all installations

The Ideal Candidate will have the Skills Within:

Professional when dealing with clients.

Technical knowledge of both fire door suppliers and products on how to install in line with the applicable test standards.

Strong Computer Software Capabilities (Excel, Word etc, Boris software knowledge is not essential but preferred.)

The ability to monitor our recording software to assist managers in the day to day running of their jobs

Ensure processes and procedures and being adhered to or implemented.

Experience dealing with Customers and Providing Excellent Customer Service.
