The Opportunity:

As a freelance Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the highest QA standards are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is your chance to make a lasting impression while working with a leading name in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee the company's quality assurance programme, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits, ensuring work is in compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish quality benchmarks and standards.
• Document all observations, undertake root cause analyses, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Coordinate and manage non-conformance processes, providing technical advice when necessary.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance processes across all project aspects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the civil engineering sector.
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and processes.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering design and construction practices.
• Proficiency with QA software tools and systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
