Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, passion for food, and strong leadership skills to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and create innovative menu items while ensuring quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, special events, and promotions
