Job description

Our client based in Stourbridge are looking for an office manager to join their team, the company specialise in the events industry. They are looking for someone experienced in office management but also someone who is outgoing, friendly and fun whilst being able to maintain professionalism.

The role

- To be the face and first point of contact, welcoming and looking after visitors. Dealing with incoming post and deliveries.

- Managing the internal meeting room bookings.

- Answering the main phone line, relaying calls to the appropriate person.

- Ensuring all client contracts are accepted, adhered to and are current.

- Managing existing QMS certification, ISO9001.

- Managing the external IT suppliers.

- Project managing the implementation of cyber essentials.

- Asset management .

- Overseeing the responsibility for UK GDPR requirements within the business.

- Health and Safety management

- Supplier management

- Office facilities management

Essential skills and requirements

- Previous experience of running/ managing an office.

- Experience of implementing IT compliance.

- Project management skills

- ISO9001

- Process orientated

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
