Job Description

Salary: £45,249 - £47,703 (Inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)

Hours per week: 37 hours

Discover your potential as an Advanced Occupational Therapist in our dynamic Adult Community service, where we focus on empowering individuals with long-term conditions and complex disabilities.

If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist, this post offers the opportunity to lead and develop with us. Collaborating closely with our Leadership Team, providing essential supervision and guidance to fellow therapists and social care staff. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team's effectiveness.

In this role, you'll manage a select caseload, taking on complex cases while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of social care and housing legislation. Your expertise will be instrumental in screening and prioritising incoming work, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal support for those in need.

This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
