Join Our Culinary Team! Hiring: Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Commis Chef

Are you passionate about food and eager to be part of a dynamic kitchen team? We're looking for talented and dedicated culinary professionals to join our team. We have multiple openings, including:

Positions Available:

Head Chef

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Develop and design new menus and dishes.

Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen budget management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.

Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Creativity and innovation in menu design.

Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards.

Manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.

Assist in menu planning and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Team player with leadership skills.

Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes in a specific section of the kitchen.

Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining high standards.

Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented according to specifications.

Manage and train junior staff in your section.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.

Qualifications:

Experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar position.

Expertise in a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry).

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Commis Chef

Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.

Learn and follow recipes and kitchen procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Help with stock management and inventory.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field.

Qualifications:

Some experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.

Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Enthusiasm for food and cooking.

Essential:

Basic food hygiene certificate required

Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate required
