Role Overview:
As a Chartered Surveyor specializing in Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and delivering optimal returns for our clients. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver a high standard of property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across a mixed portfolio, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance issues.
  • Oversee rent collection, service charge management, and budget forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, landlord obligations, and tenancy agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements.
  • Provide expert advice on property management and strategies for maximizing returns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and financial appraisals for clients.
Requirements:
  • Chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the Worcester property market.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations.
