Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the S26 area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing classes, managing student behavior, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers
• Following pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring their smooth implementation
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a respectful and focused atmosphere
• Supporting students with their learning and engagement in lessons

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting or similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settings
