Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team on a temporary adhoc basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Key Stage 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents and guardians as required.
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a similar temporary or adhoc teaching role.
  • Familiarity with the local community and its educational needs.
