Preferred Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in compliance and building safety at a head-level capacity or equivalent.
• Strong history of managing and improving compliance in underperforming areas.
• Exceptional skills in data management to address and rectify compliance gaps.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving high standards.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
