We are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager for a Domiciliary Care provider in Huddersfield and Mirfield, Kirklees, The company is a privately owned homecare agency that provides support to older people who live in their own home in areas of Kirklees, Huddersfield, Mirfield, Honley, Almonbury, Meltham, Linthwaite, Holmfirth, Golcar, Outlane, Elland, Brighouse, Mirfield, The current CQC is rated Good and the owners are looking for someone to take on the next stage of the growth plan and concentrate on developing other areas of the business thoroughout Huddersfield and Mirfield.

This role would suit someone living locally in Kirklees, with access and travel to Huddersfield, Mirfield, Honley, Almonbury, Meltham, Linthwaite, Holmfirth, Golcar, Outlane, Elland, Brighouse, Mirfield, Any connections to these local authorities would be an advantage as the development of business and service delivery is one of the main responsibilities associated with this role.

We are interested in speaking to candidates experienced in domiciliary care/live-in care/ home care, with strong leadership and good relationship building skills, who are motivated and enthusiastic about introducing new ways of working in line with the new CQC guidelines, who can grow and develop the business in a safe environment for all.

Key responsibilities of the role are to ensure the safe growth and quality of the business, and to lead and support the recruitment, training and development of a strong staff team. Successful candidates will be knowledgeable and experienced in the relevant policies to comply with current legislation, and able to build close working relations with local authorities, CQC and other related health professionals. You will be instrumental in improving service delivery, marketing and promoting the company, branch and its services to ensure maximum hours and contracts won.

Successful candidates will hold NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and ready to hold CQC registration for the branch.
