Graphic Design Account Manager

Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 p/a
Benefits: Company pension, 24 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, free on-site car parking
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday Friday 9.00am 5.00pm with an hour for lunch

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Design Account Manager to join our client s team in Knaresborough. This unique role blends creative design work with essential account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly with Adobe InDesign, and will excel in managing client relationships and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Production:

• Develop and execute creative design projects, layouts for print.
• Work closely with the production team to understand all aspects designs meet production requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure high-quality output.

Account Management:

• Manage non-design projects, including receiving and verifying client-provided artwork, coordinating with printers, and overseeing delivery timelines.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their design needs are met, providing expert advice and guidance where necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather information for producing accurate estimates and quotations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

• Proven design experience with a strong portfolio, particularly in Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent telephony and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Open to graduates from similar industries, such as graphic design.
