We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support our growing business. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Divisional Manager and Lead Recruitment Consultant with sourcing and shortlisting candidates for asbestos-related roles (Removal Operatives / Supervisors)
• Manage candidate databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Handle incoming inquiries from candidates, providing excellent customer service
• Schedule interviews, maintain diaries, and manage administrative tasks for the recruitment team
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Post job advertisements across various platforms and monitor responses
• Assist with the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
• Maintain clear and organized records of placements, contracts, and client communications

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment resourcing role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with recruitment software or CRM systems
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the asbestos and environmental sectors
