If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a superb Leeds business as a Customer Service Executive. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can contribute to our client's growth by providing world-class customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. This is not a call centre role but is working within a small niche team.

This company is very successful, experiencing growth year on year with further strategic growth planned for 2024. We are looking for Candidates who can give that "difference" in service level and really go above and beyond to provide that level of excellence. Our client will provide full training on their products and services but do need to see that focus, enthusiasm and outstanding approach to customer service. This role is fully office based in Leeds.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • You will be a key point of contact for all customers new and current, dealing with initial enquiries, providing product knowledge and assisting in whatever way you can
  • You will process customers' orders received via email and enter them accurately into the internal system (SAGE).
  • Proactively keep customers updated on the status of their orders, updating on deliveries, including estimated time of delivery and potential delays.
  • Where possible, you will question customers to see if you can offer support in other areas with the aim of increasing order value and revenue.
  • You will work and collaborate with other departments to identify and address any potential issues affecting order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer returns and coordinate processes.
  • Resolve and respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle returns, credits, replacements, and demo requests efficiently.
  • Provide specialized product advice and support material to customers upon request.

Requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience in a telesales, customer service based role.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build those key relationships
  • Flexibility and willingness to contribute to various tasks within the wider business.
  • Strong IT skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Experience working in a customer focused business where service levels and customer satisfaction is prioritized.
  • A true team player with an understanding of the importance of this role in the overall sales process.
