Lettings Negotiator

Salary: 26k- 30k per annum (dependent on experience) + commission

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Hours: Mon-Fri + 1 in every 3 Saturdays (37.5 hours per week)

Do you want to work for an established estate and lettings agency? Do you want to be a part of a successful and thriving team, with opportunity for progression? Our client is looking for a motivated and positive individual to join their family-feel team as a lettings negotiator. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be highly organised, contributing to the smooth running of the successful business.

The Key Duties of the Lettings Negotiator

  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, managing counteroffers, and striving for mutually agreeable terms
  • Marketing properties by creating and implementing successful strategies including the use of social media
  • Registering potential buyers and their requirements
  • Staying updated on local market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments to provide clients with accurate advice
  • Carry out viewings, promoting the features and benefits of the property

The Key Requirements of the Lettings Negotiator

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working in property or estate agency is desirable but not required
  • A full UK driving licence
