Senior Associate Conveyancer

Salary up to 40k

A leading law firm in the centre of Leeds is expanding the conveyancing team and so is looking for a Senior Associate to manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

Working on a full time permanent basis, the role is offered with hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. There is free parking on site and opportunities to further progress your career down the line across several options including management or more technical fee earning.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years conveyancing fee earning experience, ideally have managed a minimum of 80 files and have dealt with some new build matters.
