We are looking for an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our enthusiastic team who are passionate about the finance sector.

The finance market is currently booming, and you can expect to make an impact and start generating revenue from day one!

This is an established Finance division where your responsibilities will include mentoring junior members of staff and it will be your mission to lead from the front and oversee the entire recruitment process.

This is a full 360 Senior Consultant role

Based in beautiful offices in the centre of Leeds daily tasks will include:

  • Finding new business opportunities
  • Attending client visits and understanding the role thoroughly
  • Registering candidates
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process
  • Coaching and managing a team

What can I earn as a Recruitment Consultant?

The basic salary for the Recruitment Consultant is £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience (Professional sectors only please)
  • B2B Sales experience not afraid to pick up a phone
  • The ability to coach and manage a team.
  • Natural instant rapport builder.
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated competitor likes winning!
