Main Duties and Responsibilities: Waiter/Waitress

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for every guest.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, catering to guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Handle payments accurately, ensuring cash and card transactions are processed securely.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards to provide a safe dining environment.

Desirable Skills Include:

• Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role.
