Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this iconic venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fresh food environment and is looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring they are cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully.
  • Section Management: Take full responsibility for your section during service, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring all food stock is stored, labeled, and dated correctly in line with company policy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service, maintaining clear communication and a positive team environment.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean and organized, assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar role, with a passion for fresh food and high standards.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with good communication skills, capable of contributing to a positive team dynamic.
