Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Location: 10 Sites Across South and West Yorkshire
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: 13.55 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing cleaning operations across 10 sites in South and West Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained for our large-scale government contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is achieved.
• Oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Manage soft services, including waste, pest control, cleaning, and horticultural services.
• Ensure COSHH guidelines are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide line management and support to your team, ensuring effective performance.
• Utilize a company vehicle for site visits; a full clean UK driving licence is essential.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and cleaning management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and oversee soft services.
• Strong knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Preferred: BICS knowledge.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Flexible working hours between 05:30 and 19:00, Monday to Friday.
