About the Job

Staff Selection UK are currently working with an expanding client in Featherstone, who are now looking to add to their team with General Labourers. Our client has a strong reputation for rewarding hard work and you have every opportunity to receive bonus and pay increases, but also you will be given an opportunity to upskill and be given training and qualifications.

This role is advertised as temporary, however after 12 weeks you will become permanent with the client.

Your daily duties will include, however will not be limited to:-
- Loading and Unloading where required.
- Moving Pallets.
- Loading machines with various sized products.
- Labelling pallets and boxes.
- Checking end product before packing.
- Other general duties, which include helping clear factory.

You will be working with in a large team and a busy environment to make sure all clients receive bulk orders on time.

Your working week will be Monday to Friday on a rotating shift:-
Week 1 6am - 3.45pm
Week 2 3.45pm - 1.30am

Your salary will start at 12 per hour and overtime will be paid after 39 hours @ 15.96.

Requirements of the role:-
- You must have previous experience with in a workshop or fast paced warehouse.
- You must be able to manually lift products repetitively.
- Experience working with machinery is preferred but not essential.
- You must be able to travel to and from site outside of public transport due to the start and finish times.

When overtime is available your hours will be 12 hours 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am.
