Job description

An extremely successful company is seeking to employ a Purchase Ledger Clerk to bolster the current accounts team. It is essential applicants possess experience with all aspects of accounts payable as you will be matching, batching, coding high volume invoices. You must therefore have the ability to manage and prioritise a substantial workload by being pro active, meticulous and methodical.

THE ROLE
Full time hours, office based, excellent company benefits.
Manage all aspects of a high volume purchase ledger.
Matching, batching, coding, reconciling invoices, payment runs and month end.
Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to solve account related queries.
Large accounts team, supportive company.

THE CANDIDATE
Must have experience with all aspects of purchase ledger.
Confidence and accuracy when processing invoices to deadlines.
Be assertive when liaising with suppliers and colleagues to solve account queries.
Strong personality, highly organised and able to manage a busy workload.
