Job Title: Sales Executive - Office Supplies

Location: Leeds

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

We are looking to expand our dynamic sales team and are on the hunt for a motivated Sales Executive to help us drive growth and build lasting customer relationships.

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new business and managing existing accounts. Your focus will be on generating new leads, converting them into customers, and developing long-term relationships. While this role is primarily office-based, we encourage you to visit clients and prospects to build stronger connections and enhance our service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and ensure satisfaction.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls to introduce our products and services.
  • Customer Visits: Attend client meetings and visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions (if comfortable).
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record in selling office supplies such as stationery, printing equipment, and furniture.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to cold call, win new customers, and manage accounts effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven individual with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing your own accounts.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Generous Commission: Uncapped commission structure with the average person earning around £1,500 per month. Top performers can earn an additional £25,000 - £30,000 per month!
