A RARE OPPORTUNITY FOR AN PRIVATE ASSOCIATE POSITION!

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Private Associate Dentist to join our friendly, approachable and enthusiastic team at _ Roseberry Dental Practice _, in the heart of Guisborough which is only a very short distance from Middlesbrough . This beautiful busy 4 Surgery Practice has an excellent reputation and a loyal patient base of over 30years. We can accommodate up to _ 4 days per week _

Opportunities in Practices of the calibre of Roseberry are rare, and this position has only become available due to the _ retirement of a longstanding colleague _, meaning the successful candidate will be taking over a _ well maintained, existing patient list _. The Practice offers both NHS and Private Dental Care; we are not accepting new NHS patients, but we are registering _ new Private patients _every day, many of whom are unable to find an NHS Dentist following the closure of NHS Practices in North Yorkshire, making the _ Private potential _for an aesthetically minded dentist _ phenomenal _.

The successful candidate will be someone who has a good rapport with patients, is empathetic, diligent and is keen to learn and develop new skills. Additional qualifications/skills in cosmetic orthodontics, facial aesthetics, implantology or cosmetic dentistry is desirable but not essential.

You will be supported in the Practice by an experienced team including a lead Dentist, and we are able to offer one to one _ mentoring _ in various specialities from colleagues on the Specialist Register (see below for more details). We have a dedicated Marketing Team and Social Media Manager to promote you and your skills This position provides an _ excellent opportunity _for _ career development _ in a _ supportive environment _.

Further details about the position are:
Part time position (2-4 days per week)
Taking over an established and well maintained patient list
50/50 Split on Private Revenue
50/50 Split on Lab bills with full autonomy to choose your own labs
Available Patient Treatment Coordinator to assist in the conversation of plans.
Care Stream R4 software
Digital radiography
Rotary Endodontics for both NHS and Private
Mentoring available from Clinicians on the Specialist Register, in various specialities for example Periodontology, Orthodontics, Endodontics and Implantology.
