The Assignment: Financial Controller for the Turkish Premix Business!

Become an essential member of our EMEA Financial Control & Accounting (FC&A) team, supporting financial excellence in one of our key business areas. At the heart of our ambitious, 140-member EMEA FC&A team, you'll find a dedication to excellence, innovation, and growth. As Financial Controller, you'll lead the financial planning, reporting, and compliance for our Turkish Premix business, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role: In this position, you will not only take charge of financial planning and reporting but also partner with our Financial Shared Services to ensure efficient and seamless financial operations. Your expertise will drive impactful financial decisions and strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting for assigned entities while ensuring full regulatory compliance. You will serve as the primary contact for finance business partners, collaborating closely with budget holders to support the budgeting and forecasting process. Additionally, you will provide planning figures based on top-down guidance.

You will also act as a key contact for both internal and external audits, ensuring that high-quality service is delivered in coordination with our Financial Shared Services team. Your contributions will extend to management reporting, where you will prepare and analyze monthly forecasts and actuals.

Furthermore, you will oversee inventory and CAPEX, providing first-line financial analysis and insights. Your role will involve submitting accruals, provisions, and corrections for journal entries to the Shared Service Centre, while also maintaining the necessary evidence for our internal control framework.

Requirements

We are looking for a Financial Controller with the following profile:

• A (post-)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling;
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/Controlling/Audit;
• In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting processes;
• • Solid experience in statutory audits;
• Experience in a Shared Service environment;
• Familiarity with various ERP systems;
• Intermediate in English and Turkish, both written and spoken; It is preferable that you have knowledge of Dutch language
• For this job it is important that you live in our around Maastricht
