Wat ga jij doen als Assistant Manager Accounting Advisory Services?

As part of the CMAAS department, you advise clients and take work off their hands. You identify goals and questions and ensure that you and your colleagues offer the right solutions. This makes you an important link between KPMG and its clients. In fact: an indispensable one! As a senior, you have many responsibilities of your own, but you also work closely with other disciplines and colleagues. For example, within the Finance or IT domain. Curious and eager to learn are qualities that suit you and working in a multidisciplinary way is second nature to you.

The office in Amstelveen is our headquarters in the Netherlands. Amstelveen is just outside Amsterdam but, easily accessible by car or public transport. Jouw uitdagingen
  • Working for interesting (international) clients.

  • GAAP conversions, ad-hoc accounting advice, M&A related accounting.

  • Resolving complex accounting issues.

  • Being a link between the team and your clients.

  • Coordinating the team and training the trainees.

Dit neem jij mee
  • Bachelor and/or Master degree in accounting or control and a nearly completed certificate in accounting.

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the external audit practice.

  • Working independently.

  • You are familiar with IFRS and Dutch GAAP (US GAAP is an advantage).

  • Writing and speaking the English and/or Dutch language for our (inter)national clients.
