We're looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Senior Manager to lead strategic Business Development initiatives that propel sales and client success. In this role, you'll work closely with sales teams to create compelling proposals and respond to bids and RFPs, positioning our solutions at the forefront of the industry. You'll act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique business needs. By leveraging data analysis, you'll help clients streamline their operations, transition to data-driven decision-making, and extract valuable insights to overcome business challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering Data & Analytics projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
- Recommending tools and platforms that enhance data and process analysis.
- Crafting detailed reports and analyses, presenting impactful findings to senior executives.
- Mentoring junior team members, supporting their growth and career development.
Your challenges
- Inspire our clients in the area of Process Intelligence
- Develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities and mature the pipeline.
- Engage with senior executives on data driven process transformation
- Build sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders
- Expand and refine our Data & Analytics propositions.
- Lead and manage client engagements in Data & Analytics within multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, offering guidance and support.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in process intelligence/mining, process modelling, and process automation tools and technologies
- Partner with stakeholders across KPMG, including markets and sales, various consulting services for understanding synergies between service offerings and joint go to market
- Completed Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of consulting experience in data & analytics, process optimization, process mining, or related.
- Proven track record of sales experience
- A proven track record of delivering impactful data and analytics solutions in client engagements.
- Experience with process mining technology such as Celonis and/or SAP Signavio is a plus
- A robust understanding of ERP functional process areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in leading and running pre-sales and sales activities including lead generation, inspiration sharing, RFQ's and RFP's
- Exceptional analytical abilities to distill complexity into clear, concise insights.
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
- Empowered to take independent decisions, act flexible often under time pressure especially if business demands.

- Fluent in Dutch and English, both in oral and written communication.
