Swift Engineer - Long-term Opportunity for Our Client in the Financial Sector

We are looking for a skilled Swift Engineer to join our client's team in the financial sector, located in Amsterdam. In this position, you will play a vital role in keeping Swift technologies current and enhancing security protocols. Your expertise will be crucial for implementing changes, managing user support, and effectively handling incidents while collaborating with various stakeholders.

About the Role:

As a Swift Engineer, your main responsibilities will include implementing changes and managing support processes within the Swift Alliance software suite. You will be essential in maintaining the security of the Swift environment and working closely with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute changes and oversee user support for the Swift Alliance software suite and related services.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and enhancements.
• Manage incident resolution with a strong focus on ITIL practices.
• Ensure comprehensive security measures are implemented in the Swift environment.

Who Are You?

• 5-10 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a banking role.
• Proficient in the Swift Alliance software suite and its associated services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks for incident, change, and problem management.
• Solid knowledge of security practices within the Swift environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure Boards, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
