Essential Functions Cleans and performs minor repairs on University buildings to ensure that facilities are in suitable condition for scheduled activities. Cleaning duties may include tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, dusting, removing trash, etc. Strips, sands, waxes, seals, buffs, sweeps, shampoos, and mops various types of floor surfaces. Maintains equipment and supplies in order to complete tasks. May assist in setting up for events. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Level I: Ability to read and write. Level II: Ability to read and write plus 2 years experience in custodial floor care maintenance techniques Substitutions allowed for Experience: Degrees accepted in lieu of experience, at a rate of one year relevant education per year of required experience.
