Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Business Process Analyst

Position type: Contract to hire
Duration: 6 month
Location: Birmingham, AL - HYBRID - 3 days per week in the office.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities
Plans, organizes and coordinates the efforts of delivering continuous improvement services requested by Corporate Management in support of the corporate vision, mission, critical issues, tactics, goals and objectives. Support is offered to all divisions and departments of the company and includes interaction with associates at all levels. Business Process Analysts are expected to utilize department accepted and standard project management methodology. The incumbent should support Project Consultants and the Business Consulting Division through the steps of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing business-improvement projects. It is critical the position stays knowledgeable of project management techniques and ongoing initiatives throughout the organization. The incumbent will assist in the project management process by providing documentation and requirements-gathering resources.

Summary of Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a position leading projects to improve workflow/productivity
• Experience using project management techniques and tools
• Experience in a position researching and documenting projects and presenting recommendations
• Experience in a position interpreting, and communicating information orally and written
• Experience working with various MS Office programs
• Experience interacting with all levels of staff internal and external
• Requirements gathering and documentation highly preferred
• Experience writing test cases preferred
• Experience performing user acceptance testing preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the support of enterprise level projects preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $40 - $45/hr. w2
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
