Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law, civil law, and general legal practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and contribute meaningfully to our clients' legal needs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal representation and advice in family law, civil law, and general legal matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Alabama.
  • 2-8 years of experience in family law, civil law, and general legal practice.
