THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking candidates to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on the new campus in Huntsville, AL. You will support IT networks, systems, and initiatives with activities that include information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security. The team you will join also is responsible for the development, implementation, and subsequent operations and maintenance of new applications each fiscal year. The opera?on of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the FBI mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services daily to perform mission-critical work. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION Job Description:
Responsible for creating software test and automating test cases, performing application testing, validating bugs, and isolating issues; writing and initiating tests and then analyzing and reporting the test results in the ticketing system; and performing configuration management, change management, and release management. Tests high performance and large-scale immersive systems. Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection. Designs, plans, creates, executes, and provides System(s) test reports. Reviews government test plans and test reports for technical competence, effectiveness, and compliance with standards. Observes and evaluates the execution of customer acceptance test activities. Performs integration activities involving developed application software. Identifies and documents problems and issues, providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation. Analyzes the requirements for each test event and shall assist in the scheduling of the System(s) non-operational environments test assets. Supports the presentation and formal review or audit of test results, providing briefing and decision support material. Maintains and provides controls for multiple test software and hardware baselines. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promo?ng alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first aligns teams focused on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second aligns teams focused on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA). ETL processes u?lizing Linux shell scrip?ng, Perl, Python, and Apache Airflow. AWS services such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, ELB, EMR, KMS, SQS, SNS, and Systems Manager. Experience in suppor?ng, maintaining, and migra?ng JavaFX applica?ons to modern cloud-na?ve solu?ons. Elas?cSearch and OpenSearch .NET, C#, Javascript, and Java Terraform Experience developing and maintaining components in AWS SpringBoot framework Experience with ELK stack, OpenSearch, SonarQube, Cypress, PowerShell, C#, and Databricks Experience with Docker, SQL, Angular, Spring Boot, Nifi, AWS, python, scala, shell scripting, and XML processing Experience in AWS solu?on architecture Linux Admin, VMWare vSphere 6/7 experience, SPLUNK Server administration, Dell Server, and SAN Storage hardware experience. Experience with Docker, Microsoft SQL, Oracle databases, Angular, JavaScript including Ember.js, Spring Boot, Spring, in addition to a focus on cloud skillsets, specifically AWS solution architecture Strong Oracle database and MS SQL experience is required .NET, C#, Vue3, Typescript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, Databricks Experience developing, executing, and evaluating database code, functions, and queries on an Oracle database platform Experience installing, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle databases. Experience with Oracle u?li?es, administration, and OEM management.
