Job description

Budget and Strategic Planning Analyst Familiarity with DoD and Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
Capable of performing strategic planning, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and budget formulation under Government direction with federal funds execution in multiple appropriations.
Familiarity with Program Management Reviews (PMR) and P and R Forms.
Ability to organize, analyze and consolidate financial data for program acquisition planning, reviews, and reporting.
Capable of tracking historical budget data and building portfolio briefs and supporting portfolio reviews with senior leadership.
Ability to research funding issues and recommend solutions to Customer using "what if" drills, briefings, issue papers, resource reallocation, analysis of alternatives, or other methods. Develop supporting products used for defending the budget and spend plans to internal/external stakeholders, including reclamas.
Ability to understand Congressional Add Funding and Language.
Experience with Reimbursable Support Agreements and Forms 7600A/B - General Terms and Conditions (GT&C).
Working knowledge of G-Invoicing requirements and processes.
Occasional travel may be required. Qualified Candidates Must Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data and translate findings into easily interpreted reports or briefings.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel. Must be comfortable collaborating with Customer and provide agile support while assisting with "big picture" organizational goals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as well as closely interact with other team members as necessary for issue resolution, troubleshooting and solution identification.
Ability to think strategically and be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Education and Security Clearance: A Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
