Requisition #: 616 Job Title: Business Analyst I Location: Bldg 5308, Sparkman CenterRedstone Arsenal, Alabama35898 Clearance Level: Active DoD - Secret SUMMARY A full range of information technology (IT) support services is necessary to satisfy enterprise missions, goals, and objectives in the areas of IT Services, Enterprise Design/Integration/Consolidation, IT Education/Training, IT Program/Project Management, Systems Operations and Maintenance, Network Support, and embedded Information Systems Security, Cyber Security, and Information Assurance to the Program Executive Office Aviation (PEO AVN) Information Technology Support Services. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for day-to-day OCIO acquisition requirement submissions. • Oversees the submission of CRPs to the PEO Avn PPR&P Acquisition Cell. • Assist OCIO Team Leads with CRP development. • Assist with development of "Product Description" to submit RFI in CHESS. • Submit RFI in CHESS. • Request SONA (if required). • Submit WITRR and ITAS using the budgetary quote received in the RFI process. • Assist with Market Research. • Assist with Brand Name Justification (if required). • Other duties as required in support of CRP development. • Prepare GPC form and staff for signature. • Obtain quotes for GPC. • Submit WITTR and ITAS. • Submit GPC request forms. • Submit forms to Acquisition Analyst for Review. • Participate in the day-to-day meetings Business Team Support Duties. • Maintain/upload all purchase documentation in shared drives and ServiceNow. • Track POP and Award dates. • Participate in out-year requirements planning. • Requirements planning. • Attend Budget meetings. • Attend Team meetings. • Provide necessary CRP documents training to OCIO personnel. Education, Background, and Years of Experience • Bachelors in Business or CIS/MIS. • 3+ years experience with Program Finance supporting DoD customers. (preferred) ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills • Microsoft Excel Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Information Technology. • Familiar with the different ELA and ESI agreements for software in CHESS. WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions • No travel required; light lifting (no more than 10 lbs) Strength Demands • Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
