Overview Employment is contingent on contract award The MDA Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) contract (formerly Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC), as the authoritative data repository responsible for all protection, archival, and distribution of historical, current and future MDS test data, plays a critical role in achieving the Agency's test program mission and objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Advises and assists in developing and implementing a data management plan that focuses on the collection, structure/format, entry, validation, editing, and reporting of data.
Collaborates with pertinent stakeholders to meet the specifications of the data management plan.
Creates technical documents detailing defined procedures and creates and implements training sessions.
Reviews data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Demonstrates complex problem solving skills by identifying data related issues and suggests solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Minimum Active Secret Level Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6+ years of relevant experience required.
