Qualifications VNE, LLC is looking for 2 TS Cleared ECM Logisticians Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics or business-related field or a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a lead logistician. Experience: Preferred experience in Counter Radio Control Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Possess a knowledge of Electronic Warfare Systems, wireless communications and the Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Spectrum. Background in logistics and supply chain management. Preferred experience in managing equipment/system configurations. Preferred experience with inventory management. Preferred experience with commercial shipping software, i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc. Possess critical thinking skills. Possess good problem-solving skills. Possess good clerical skills. Additional Quals: Must possess a Top Secret clearance. Experience as a SME in a military or law enforcement intelligence, counter-IED or military EOD field, demonstrating increasing levels of competency and responsibility. Experience monitoring and performing administrative processes, such as the establishing, identifying, and/or monitoring project requirements, progress, funding status, overlapping objectives, and adjusting direction to ensure successful project completion. Experience preparing and maintaining reports, project files and presentations relative to assigned program. Experience providing information, expert advice, and guidance for the act of persuading others to consider recommendations made or to advocate for a position using abstract concepts and facts clearly and effectively to share with various entities. Experience leading analysis and training efforts on highly complex problems or mission specific operational problems. Experience directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout system life cycle (to include development of requirements to final delivery). Experience providing instruction and mentorship to students on specific topics related to prior personal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), having the ability to translate complex ideas into succinct written and/or presentation products. Job Description: VNE is seeking a Logistician to help provide technical, administrative, program, and training support services to CIEDS with project management, analytics, training, systems engineering, and logistics support. The Logistician provides technical expertise and support in one or more of the following areas: Shipping and receiving of systems, spare parts and support equipment to various field offices, laboratories and equipment manufacturers. Conducting failure analysis of malfunctioning and non-operational systems and support components, documenting malfunctions and generating a Failure Report, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) report on each system returned for a malfunction. Maintaining log tracking the movement of systems shipped and verified delivery. Performing and documenting system configuration of fielded systems. Assisting with system upgrades (firmware/software) to include basic field level maintenance and repairs. Supporting and managing Fed Ex shipping point located at an off-site facility. Supporting logistical shipping and receiving requirements for the CIEDS as necessary. Conducting quarterly inventory of all ECM program assets and update records as necessary. Coordinating and documenting the lifecycle disposal/demilitarization of program equipment. Supporting all CIEDS programs with the shipping and tracking of mission essential equipment in furtherance of CIRG's overall Counter-IED/Counter-WMD missions. Overseeing the transportation, shipping, inventory and warehousing of ECM program equipment. Record and maintain current reports on system configuration, firmware versions, software versions, system maintenance upgrades and annual preventative maintenance in the FBI's Asset Management System (AMS). Reviewing logistical functions and identifying areas for improvements with regards to equipment shipping, inventory tracking, and documentation of maintenance records. Evaluating strategies and making recommendations to minimize cost and time required to transport and ship equipment. Using current organizational software systems to plan and track the movement, repair, inventory, and preventative maintenance of ECM program equipment. Oversee the storage, shipping, tracking and system configuration of all FBI ECM program equipment and accessories life cycle from procurement to disposal. Assisting the GPM/GTL with ad hoc taskings heretofore not detailed as their need for action may not have yet been determines, discovered, made relevant or necessary to support the ECM Program and the broader CIEDS. Essential Duties of the Job: Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups. Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard. Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
