Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Operations Analyst with a Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. This is a Hybrid position that requires 3-4 days onsite. Seeking an Operations Analyst with a Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. Requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional to provide support to Plans, Programs, Resources & Procurement at Army PEO Aviation Headquarters in the form of planning, integrating, coordinating and strategic communications across various internal and external agencies. Other requirements include program planning, scheduling, reporting, preparation, briefings, providing support to management, and interfacing on a daily basis with military and civilian personnel and other contractor personnel in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Support leadership to oversee all operations of the team. Prepare and come up with new strategies to increase the output for team. Responsible for updating/implementing policies or core working practices. Plays a key administrative role; keep accurate records of important meetings/schedule for the implementation of various team strategies. Manage team battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents) Work with Executive Leadership Staff to synchronize and coordinate all team actions. Work with Program Executive Office Headquarters staff and Project Office Team leadership to support tasking and directives. Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide recommendations to leadership. Issue, review and track taskings for the team. Coordinate technical development with other Project/Product Offices, other government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange Develop, staff, and present briefings to officials/groups in PEO/Project/Product Offices Assist with daily and weekly reports to Executive Leadership (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports as required). Minimum Position requirements: Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively and well with others Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
