Job description

Research Threat Analyst Huntsville AL (Onsite) As a Research Threat Analyst supporting the Missiles & Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), you will be expected to provide a variety of technical services in support of this high visibility mission. Services can include computer software system design/development, installation and integration planning, testing, and support of a wide range of systems that support intelligence functions. You will be contributing to the development of analytical threat models and provide functional guidance and direction to threat study teams. This job is for you if you: Able to leverage multiple collection methods and production resources within the intelligence community to contribute to thread models and analysis based on electronic warfare/intelligence systems and concepts. Someone with an eye for detail and a passion for conducting expert-level research and analysis of intelligence and related data of threat studies. The ideal candidate will have previously supported thread model engineering or intelligence community study development leveraging disparate data sets. What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have): TS/SCI clearance adjudication and current CI Poly Requires a detailed knowledge of Department of Defense and service level (Army, Navy, Air Force) intelligence communities, including collection methods and production resources and responsibilities. At minimum one (1) year of experience creating and delivering pre-mission and pre-deployment briefings. Experience using classified intelligence community resources to review current and past reporting related to the development of surface to-air missile systems Ability to use open source information to identify information related to surface-to-air missile systems in order to establish foundational knowledge of weapon system development as well as gaps in intelligence reporting Knowledge of foreign design institutes responsible for developing weapon systems Minimum of 8 years of specialized experience and expertise on research using intelligence data At minimum, one (1) year experience supporting DoD/Client Community Customer Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field Marathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
