The Opportunity: As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that will change the world. On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA, Atlassian and confluence , you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you'll directly impact law enforcement by providing real-time data that drives changes in field operations. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum sof tware development, IT project management, and tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve national security. You Have: Experience gathering and documenting te chn ical and business requirements Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence Experience driving client delivery and e nga ging with client management Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master of a development team or 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master of a development team in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Knowledge of the project management framework Knowledge of IT infrastructures Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
