Job description
The Innovation through Integration (I2) Business Unit (BU) focuses on integrating technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers. In our services, we build robust, modeling and simulation focused back-end data pipelines that connect to compelling visual interfaces with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of weapons systems. As a team member you'll have the opportunity to support development of all phases of these solutions. Along the way you will collaborate with your peers from across I2, Torch, government customers, and soldiers in the field. The candidate for this position will specialize in developing and implementing testing processes to ensure software quality. The candidate will be part of a team developing, testing, and integrating new and existing modeling, simulation, and visualization tools. The candidate should be self-motivated and have a proven record of developing and implementing robust software quality assurance (QA) tests and processes, implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, and managing the release of software packages. Qualified candidates will work within a collaborative and distributed team environment composed of government and supporting contractor personnel. The candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and technical writing skills. Candidates must have development experience using high-level languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
