We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC, Huntsville, AL and Burlington, MA with an additional 36 locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Test Coordinator/Business Analyst I (ECTD) TAGM A for the RTES (Redstone Test and Engineering Services), supporting the Army Division. The Test Coordinator/Business Analyst I (ECTD) TAGM A supporting the Instrumentation Data Acquisition & Processing (IDAP) Account. TC/BAs are critical members of the test management team who assist the Government Account Manager manage the cost, schedule, and budget of test programs thereby enabling the engineers to focus on their respective specialties. JOB DETAILS LOCATION: Redstone Test Center in the U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL JOB STATUS: Full Time TRAVEL: Potential 5% or less REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor's Degree with project management, business, or account management experience (preferred) or one of the following: Associate's Degree and minimum two years of related experience (technical program planning, budget development, and/or gov project administration) a minimum 4 years of related experience (technical program planning, budget development, and/or gov project administration) minimum 4 years of military experience, or a combination of both in a related specialty. Experience is degree dependent, please see education requirements above. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants) A professional user of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint; in coordinating, tracking project scheduling, workflow and performance workflow; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects; developing integrated schedules; writing narratives, Good communicator, both orally and verbally. Knowledge of government funding and/or Army missles and sensors a plus. Professional organizational and communications skills. Self-starter. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS A Master's degree or a Program Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is preferred. Strong work ethic and organization skills are important. Supportive of process improvements. Technical experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems a plus. Professional user of MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, One Note, and PowerPoint), and SharePoint. Experience with and knowledge of Army missile systems is desired. Experience with missile or rocket systems, or sensors knowledge of different types of government funding are pluses. RESPONSIBILITIES TAGM Coordinators support program management of TAGM Programs within RTC through documentation of planning, execution, and reporting for all HELLFIRE programs in ECTD and MSTD. Submit Requests for Test Services and establish CET, ADSS, PMM, and SharePoint files for each project. Write draft project proposals and 7600 Forms from estimated test costs provided and route for approval and submission. Facilitate funds acceptance and communicate funding allocations and test schedules to test teams, comprised of the Account Manager, Assistant Account Manager, Test Director (or Program Integrator), and the Test Engineers. Monitor funding expenditures for burn rates, overages, and expiring funds and alert the test team to any issues. Draft test programs checklists for Security, Environmental, and Human Factors considerations, and route them for approval. Update and Sync PMM project schedules with ADSS every 14 days, monitor and alert test teams to upcoming milestone dates and task due dates, and ensure accurate documentation is kept on the execution of all project tasks. Ensure all test documentation is loaded to the VDLS and SharePoint repositories. Submit forms to reconcile and retire RTC test and support projects. Act as backup for other TAGM IPT Test Coordinators when necessary.
