Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Branch Manager: . High School Diploma Required . 3-5 years experience in Emergency Response line of work, Fire Department, Law Enforcement or Military leadership preferred 3-5 years progressive management responsibilities required Experience of resource planning & understanding of budgeting Requires strong computer skills. Including creation of various reports & complex spreadsheets. Must be proficient in entire Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel & Word. Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience also preferred. Requirements of the Branch Manager: Skills and Knowledge: Strong grasp of customer needs and expectations Ability to deliver on promises made to clients Proactive in resolving challenges Capable of performing well under pressure Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets Solid understanding of technical aspects, particularly in telecommunications Experience with computer databases Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in creating detailed reports and complex spreadsheets. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is also a plus. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach Experience in resource management and budgeting Willingness to travel for training and other duties Responsible for maintaining records related to work hours, attendance, workers compensation, disciplinary actions, and terminations Education and Experience: High School Diploma is required An Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred 3-5 years of experience in emergency services, such as Fire Department, Law Enforcement, or Military leadership roles, is desirable 3-5 years of experience in progressive management roles is required Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet goals Experience in resource management and budgeting Strong customer-focused mindset Background in Radio Frequency (RF) communications is a plus Skilled in presenting to small customer groups Other Key Requirements: Onsite role Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check; drug screen and have a valid US Drivers License with an acceptable driving record. No suspensions within the past five years. No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
